Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Category Manager at Megafood Armenia in Yerevan, Armenia. The Category Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of product categories, including analytical insights, contract negotiation, procurement, and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting market analysis aimed at identifying consumer needs,
• Presenting new brand proposals in line with market needs,
• Preparing and implementing annual marketing plans for brands,
• Identifying opportunities for advancing existing brands,
• Developing and implementing marketing programs aimed at brand promotion,
• Presenting and monitoring proposals for brand promotion on online platforms,
• Close cooperation with partners for brand promotion,
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual trade marketing campaigns, ensuring approval with partners, conducting analysis of results and providing reports,
• Periodic analysis of the portfolio assortment and presenting proposals,
• Ensuring synchronous work of marketing/trade marketing activities with the sales department,
• Periodic changes to the assortment in the survey system questionnaires in order to improve market positions,
• Organizing presentation/tasting of new range/new brand for the sales team.
